Am I missing lots of things or what?  Where do we find the number of starting skill points and abilities for Pure Strains and Mutants?

You know, it might just be on the character sheet... Looking over the rules as written you're right, I left out the formula in the actual rules...

I'll add it when I do the perception skill :P
